🛍️ How to Shop & Pay

To keep our orders organized, all crafting purchases and custom orders must be processed through our Official Online Store. * Separate Transactions: If you are getting your hair done and decide to purchase a physical product, please note that these are separate transactions. Hair service balances are paid in the chair, but all craft items must be checked out via the store link.

Payment Options: Our Payhip store securely accepts all major payments to get your order started immediately.

🎨 Custom Order Policy: The "Made Just For You" Rule

Payment Upfront: Work on custom items begins only after payment is received through the store. This covers the materials and the time reserved to create your masterpiece.

Design Approval: For personalized items, a digital mock-up will be sent for your approval. Once you give the "thumbs up," the design is final.

No Returns on Custom Work: Because these items are personalized specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

⏱️ Production & Delivery

Turnaround Time: Quality takes time! Standard custom orders typically take 7–10 business days to complete. If you need a "Rush Order," please message us before purchasing to check availability (a rush fee may apply).

Pick-up vs. Delivery: * Studio Pick-up: You can schedule a time to pick up your item at our private studio.

Local Delivery: We offer delivery within a specific radius for a flat delivery fee to cover time and travel. This option can be selected at checkout.

Shipping: We can ship your treasures directly to your door! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

📦 The "Claim Your Craft" Policy (Pick-ups)

We love seeing you! However, we have limited space in the studio.

7-Day Window: Please pick up your completed items within 7 days of notification.

Forfeiture: Items not picked up after 14 days without prior communication will be forfeited and may be resold/donated with no refund.
