💰 Secure Your Spot: The Deposit & Payment Flow

To respect the time dedicated to your transformation, we have a simple two-step payment process:

The Deposit: Every appointment requires a non-refundable deposit to be paid directly through our Official Store. Deposit amounts vary depending on the service you choose.

The Balance: Your remaining balance must be settled before your service begins on the day of your appointment. We accept PayPal, Zelle, or Cash App to complete your payment.

The 15-Minute Rule: If you are 15 minutes late or more without calling, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will need to reschedule with a new deposit.

No-Call, No-Shows: These result in an immediate loss of deposit.

Rescheduling: While deposits are non-refundable, they can be applied toward a future service if rescheduled within the approved timeframe.

Healthy hair is our priority. A consultation (and potential upcharge) is required if:

There is excessive new growth, matting, or significant buildup.

Your hair requires extensive detangling or color matching for extensions.

You are requesting a major transformation or bespoke specialty service.

⚠️ Please Note: Final pricing is based on the condition of your hair at the time of the appointment. If additional time or specialized product is required to maintain the integrity of your hair, a fee will be added to your balance.

Included Services: Select appointments (like Shampoo, Condition, Curl & Style) already include professional cleansing.

Protective Style Prep: For braids, sew-ins, twists, or locs, your hair must arrive clean and manageable.

The Cleanliness Rule: If hair is extremely dirty or matted, Breinea may apply a mandatory cleansing service or reschedule to ensure a safe, beautiful result.

DIY Prep: If you prefer to wash your own hair, it must be properly cleansed, conditioned, and thoroughly detangled before your session begins.

🔄 Loc Maintenance & Retwist Specifics

Every set of locs is unique! If your locs have extra new growth or require additional time beyond a standard retwist, a custom upcharge will be applied. Breinea will evaluate your hair at the start of the session to ensure you receive the precise care your crown deserves.

Personalized Attention: Services are scheduled individually to provide you with a private, focused experience.
